  1. Pricing : All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of any applicable taxes or duties.
  2. Payment Terms : Payment is due in full upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise specified in writing by Raham Solutions Pvt Ltd.
  3. Delivery : Raham Solutions Pvt Ltd will deliver the software to the customer within the agreed-upon timeframe.
  4. Acceptance : The customer shall inspect the software upon delivery and shall notify Raham Solutions Pvt Ltd of any defects or non-conformities within 7 days of delivery.
  5. Warranty : Raham Solutions Pvt Ltd warrants that the software will conform to its documentation for a period of 90 days from the date of delivery.
  6. Limitation of Liability : Raham Solutions Pvt Ltd's liability for any claim arising out of or related to this agreement shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the software.
  7. Intellectual Property : The customer acknowledges that all intellectual property rights in the software are the property of Raham Solutions Pvt Ltd.
  8. Confidentiality : The customer agrees to keep confidential all information received from Raham Solutions Pvt Ltd in connection with this agreement.
  9. Governing Law : This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
  10. Dispute Resolution : Any dispute arising out of or relating to this agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
